Our dedicated small team processes online orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare, pack, and ship your order.

International customers (outside the UK) are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and fees set by their local customs authority.
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning these charges are not included in the purchase price on our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to receive your parcel.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these costs in advance. For details on potential charges, please contact your country’s customs office. Additionally, we are unable to reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.
To begin your return request, please email us at hello@toutjewellery.co.uk outlining your Order Number, Name and Shipping Address.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings for piercings cannot be returned.
POLICY
- Return postage costs are not covered, and any original postage costs are not refunded except for quality problems or wrong items received. If for whatever reason the postal service or courier returns the order to us as they could not complete the delivery, the customer will be responsible for repeat delivery charges.
- We can't accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen during return postage. We recommend you always use tracked service when returning items to us through the post.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, we cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged through misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
- All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
REFUND
Items for returns will be checked for wear when received and then a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method. Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to confirm.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges unless you received the wrong or defective item. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual Return Policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
